Start with the final selling format

A loose die cut sticker, a kiss cut sheet, a sticker roll and a retail sticker pack are different products. Before asking for a quote, decide how the customer will receive the sticker: single pieces, sheets, small packs, roll format or backing-card packs.

Die cut, kiss cut or sticker sheet?

Die cut stickers are cut to the outer shape and work well for brand stickers, gift stickers and promotional giveaways. Kiss cut stickers stay on a backing sheet, which makes peeling easier and keeps small designs organized. Sticker sheets are useful when a buyer wants several designs sold together as one item.

Keep artwork rights and print quality clean

For commercial production, use original artwork or artwork you have the right to print. If the file is not ready, send the best version you have. RP can help check resolution, edge spacing, cut-line position and proof layout before production.

Choose material based on the use

Waterproof vinyl is a good default for bottles, laptops, outdoor use and promotional stickers. Matte paper is softer and cost-effective for dry packaging. Holographic material adds shelf impact for creative brands, sticker shops and limited collections.
