Custom Order Communication
Customers should provide accurate product type, size, quantity, material, finish, artwork and shipping information for quotation and production planning.
Artwork Responsibility
By submitting artwork, logos, text or reference files, the customer confirms they have the right to use the submitted content for custom production.
Proof Confirmation
Customers should carefully review the digital proof, including spelling, layout, size, color direction and production details before approval.
Production Confirmation
Production starts after order details, proof, price and payment terms are confirmed. Any changes after production begins may not be possible.
Payment and Shipping
Payment terms, shipping method, shipping cost and delivery timeline should be confirmed with our sales team before final production and shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the confirmed custom production service. We are not responsible for customer-provided artwork rights, market claims or product usage outside the confirmed label project.
