Custom Production Notice
Because custom labels and stickers are made according to the customer's confirmed size, material, artwork and proof, orders usually cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Before Proof Confirmation
If production has not started, changes or cancellation requests can be discussed with our sales team.
After Production Starts
Once the proof is confirmed and production has started, the order is produced specifically for the customer and usually cannot be freely cancelled.
Quality Issue Review
If you believe there is a production quality issue, please contact us with photos, order details and a clear description. We will review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
Proof Responsibility
Please review artwork, size, spelling, layout and production details carefully before confirming the proof.
